Privacy Policy — Snapshot Atlas

What we collect.
When you buy Snapshot Atlas, payment is processed by DodoPayments (our merchant of record), who collect your email and payment details under their own privacy policy. When you activate the extension, we send your license key, a randomly-generated device identifier, and your browser/OS name to our licensing server solely to validate your license and enforce the one-device limit.
Your account data stays yours.
The extension reads your GoHighLevel sub-account assets locally in your browser to export them as Excel, JSON, and HTML files that download to your computer. Snapshot Atlas is read-only — it never modifies your GoHighLevel account, and your account data is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Optional AI analysis.
If you turn on AI analysis, you provide your own OpenAI API key, and the extension sends only the selected asset data (such as workflow configuration) directly to OpenAI using your key to generate plain-language summaries. This is off by default; when it's off, nothing is sent to OpenAI. We never receive your OpenAI key or that data — it goes from your browser straight to OpenAI.
What we don't do.
No advertising trackers, no analytics profiling, no selling or sharing of personal data. License data is used only to run your license.
